Anubias Nana

Anubias Nana 

Anubias Nana is essentially a dwarf variety of Anubias Barteri (see photos for size approximation). It is an incredibly hardy plant that is a must for any tank. Its thick leaves provide an excellent look in densely planted tanks or can serve as a great focal point. This plant can be grown with plain gravel just like Java Fern. It will grow under just about any plant light, in fact, I would recommend less light for this plant to help keep the leaves free of algae.  Use a nice balanced liquid fertilizer and this plant should grow well for you. 

Our Anubias is grown in house. They have a beautiful dark green broad leaf. 

Always remember to plant the rhizome above the substrate.  This plant can also be grown on rocks or driftwood.
